Upon return of defective product, Central Trading Agency will refund the purchase price of the items plus any corresponding sales tax. Damage caused by the customer's improper care of the product does not fall under this guarantee. Customer should follow the Microfiber Care & Use instructions provided.  Damage resulting from use of a product for other than its intended purpose or any unreasonable treatment not already outlined in the Microfiber Care and Use Instructions does not fall under this guarantee.
